About Our Lechon Kawali
Lechon kawali takes its name from the kawali, the wok-style pan it is fried in. The pork belly is cooked until tender, then fried until the skin turns golden and crackling while the meat stays juicy. It is a true lutong bahay (home-cooked) favourite in Filipino households.
